Dear Lorith,

Hope this letter finds ya safely. Ryonn’s determined ta take it, but he still gets distracted a lot. Which is part of why I’m writing.

He’s been getting restless lately, and has taken ta wandering. Warg and I try, and the Mountaineers are keeping an eye out fer him, but he came back the other day with a broken fishing pole and somewhat worse fer wear, talking about the Kobolds.

I’m not sure what ta tell ya lass. He can’t say what’s going on in his head when he wanders off like that. Our place is as safe as any in the Loch, but that’s only saying so much. He gave me quite a scare, coming back like that.

It’s not that we want him ta leave, far from it! We’re just not quite sure what ta do, and wanted ta let ya know. Seems ta be a good sign, him wanting ta be on the move again.
